My goal is to create beautiful, functional, and unique pottery that can be enjoyed during special family gatherings as well as be used in everyday living. Specifically, I enjoy creating heirloom-quality, personalized pieces, pottery flowers for your garden, as well as, essential oil diffuser pottery jewelry. Inspiration for my passion is far-reaching and includes memories from my travels, textiles, and other organic forms. Some of the tools and textures that I use are hand-made and are often found objects that impart a unique characteristic to the clay. This texture allows me to layer glazes in an interesting manner and often times, texture is applied to both sides for added beauty. 
Nautilus Pottery is simple, useful, and individually hand-built or thrown on a wheel, hand-painted and high-fired with food-safe glazes.
